- 薄荷健康支持HealthKit，授权后您可以从健康中获取并同步数据到健康应用。
- 将三餐摘要添加到HealthKit。当您在薄荷记录每日饮食数据时，相应的饮食摘要数据将会同步到HealthKit中。
- 与HealthKit中的体重数据同步。当您在薄荷记录体重数据时，此数据将会同步到HealthKit中；同样，当您的HealthKit中增加了来自其它数据源的体重数据时，此数据也会自动与你薄荷账户下的体重数据同步。
- 与HealthKit中的运动数据同步。您可以将在薄荷记录的运动数据自动同步至HealthKit，同样，薄荷也可以获取来自HealthKit的运动数据。
有关您的隐私和HealthKit数据的重要说明：

This app is great for tracking your weight loss progress and your diet routine. It also calculates the amount of calories you intake per meal and the amount of calories your burn through exercise. It also has tons of videos that you can follow through on how to workout. It starts with some basic training lessons such as jumping jacks and planks and increasingly levels up the intensity of the workout session. The fitness app is great overall, that’s why I give it a five start rating.

i use this the most to track my diet and weight change. It is easy to use and generate great graphics for you to read. It also one of the best apps to track diet, since it contains most receipts and all different kinds of food. Love it.

A good replacement for MyFitnessPal for expats. MyFitnessPal doesn’t have all of the local dishes to log, but this one does. It also has the option to log a lot of health factors that MyFitnessPal does not, and it still syncs with apps like Apple Health and RunKeeper.
